Job Description

The support team at InfoWARE is a critical part of our future success, and we are looking for absolutely and only the best people out there. We take the success and satisfaction of our customers incredibly seriously. We feel their joy. We feel their pain. Are you up for the challenge?

The candidate will be responsible for

    * Providing high-quality technical support for the InfoWARE software solutions across Nigeria
    * Working on other programming and documentation projects as required.
    * Deliver effective technical customer support to our rapidly growing customer base, delivering solutions to both technical and non-technical end users
    * Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
    * Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention
    * Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
    * Participation in providing training to customers as required
    * Create Knowledge Base Articles / Technical Notes
    * File enhancement requests and work with product management / product marketing to understand requested product enhancements
    * Prioritize both time and projects, working independently
    * Listen, comprehend and communicate on the fly

Required Skills/Qualifications

    * Minimum of 2nd Class degree
    * Good skills using Windows operating systems
    * Ability to communicate effectively
    * Highly self-motivated and independent
    * Excellent troubleshooting skills
    * Extensive experience in examining, investigating and solving dynamic problems with ability to think "out-of-the-box” and develop creative solutions.
    * For Business support/consultants, a related degree in Finance or accounting is preferred
    * For Technical support, a related degree in computer science or Engineering is preferred and a Knowledge of SQL programming is an advantage
