Convivacite Consultants Nigeria is recruiting to fill the position of Managing Director to work in a Microfinance Bank.
Job Title: Managing Director (Microfinance Bank)
Location: Ilorin, Kwara State
Requirements
The preferred candidate must have managerial experience in a bank and able to develop and execute strategic plan consistent with the leadership vision of the bank.

Other Requirements
    * 10 years experience in a bank
    * Demonstrated leadership skills
    * Knowledge of microfinance banking
    * Organizational skills
    * Passion for microfinance development

Qualification
    * Bachelor’s Degree Accounting, Banking and Finance or related fields
    * MBA will be an advantage
